Job Description

As a Business Transformation Manager at Accenture, your role will involve developing transformation vision, assessing vision feasibility, and capability gaps, as well as planning journey management. You will be expected to translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage and transform businesses to enable profitable and sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and assessing complex problems for the area of responsibility - Creating solutions that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors - Adhering to the strategic direction set by senior management - Interacting with senior management at clients and within Accenture on matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach - Acting independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments - Managing large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture Qualifications required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant, ICSI, or Post Graduate in any discipline, along with 15 to 20 years of experience.
