Roles and Responsibilities:

• Problem Identification & Assessment

  : Identify and assess complex problems within your area of responsibility, proposing solutions where analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.

• Solution Creation

  : Develop solutions in situations where multiple factors are involved, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by senior management.

• Strategic Decision Making

  : Work independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and make decisions that have a significant impact on the day-to-day operations of the business.

• Client Interaction

  : Engage with senior management both at the client-side and within Accenture. This may involve presenting alternative approaches to challenges and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Team & Effort Management

  : Manage large to medium-sized teams or work efforts, ensuring alignment and delivery of transformation objectives.

• Autonomy

  : Act independently in making decisions related to business transformation processes while ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

• Shift Work

  : Be prepared for rotational shifts, as this role may require working during different time zones, including US timings.
