Visit us at www.accenture.com.In this role, you will develop a transformation vision for Record-to-Report (R2R), assess feasibility and capability gaps, and plan journey management. You will translate economic trends into competitive advantages and enable profitable, sustainable growth. Specifically, you will leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive finance transformation in R2R processes, including Fixed Assets Capitalization, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Journal Entry Management, Account Reconciliations, and Financial Consolidation.

What are we looking for Six Sigma, Lean CertifiedR2R Subject Matter Expert with expertise in Fixed Assets Capitalization, Intercompany Accounting, Month-End Close, Journal Entry Management, and Financial ReportingExperience with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics ERPFamiliarity with tools like Blackline, Cadency, CFINAwareness of latest finance technology trends including Agentic AI and Generative AIProficiency up to Thought Leadership level in R2RAdaptable and flexibleAbility to perform under pressureProblem-solving skillsDetail orientationAbility to establish strong client relationshipsShould have completed a full-fledged project and be able to explain it clearly from the problem statement to the final outcomeAbility to perform peer/competition analysis by benchmarking the critical business outcomes leveraging the various resources available internally and externally
