What are we looking for?
- Bachelor or Master’s in Business, Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering or related scientific disciplines
- Work experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience of leading and performing as a business transformation/ Data lead or advisor in BPO or service sector with hands on experience handling data driven decisions
- Hands on experience in driving analytics using statistical tools like Minitab, Python and data automation projects
- Experience in driving automation (RPA) and AI transformation
- Project Management expertise and demonstrate strong understanding of Process modeling tools and concepts
- Ideally a certified Black Belt from a reputed organization (on par with ASQ, BMGI, ISI, etc.)
- GenAI and Agentic Knowledge Preferrable as well as AI LLM data training
- Should be skilled in generating insights from large data sets, tailored to client requirements
- Basic scripting knowledge to design simple macros or AppScript solutions independently
- The person should be capable of building solution architectures for proposed initiatives with a focus on business outcomes
- Understanding of Generative AI, AI, and Agentic AI fundamentals, with the ability to leverage these technologies in daily operations Roles and Responsibilities:
