Job Role: Business Systems Analysts_Data Operations

Work type: 2 days hybrid

Shift: 2 to 11 pm IST

Description:

• As a Business Systems Analyst-Data Operations, you will be responsible for analysing and understanding customer and data within the organization portfolio of business applications, ensure that it is cleansed, validated, and loaded accurately into our database, and make sure that the user interface functions properly after the data is loaded.
• You will also identify and manage any data issues that occur as a result of the data-load/entry process and follow them to resolution.
• Additionally, you will work closely with business systems operations teams, business units, and management to improve current processes and data quality within our business and system architecture.
• You should be comfortable with assembling business requirements, documenting processes, training and troubleshooting issues.
• We are seeking someone with experience with both data and technology and who feels comfortable communicating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop measurements, reports and track improvements in our database cleanliness and marketing systems. And carry out these improvements and cleaning.
• Lead database health and growth initiatives, including developing, monitoring and delivering key performance metrics to ensure data is accurate.
• Liaison and with business units/teams to understand the systems and data usage/issues and provide reports and risks as to how the business is impacted locally and globally.
• Monitor systems to ensure data is aligned to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshooting data flow issues of current and future business systems such as; Marketo, Salesforce, MDM, NetSuite and the Partner Portal, HCM.
• Help build and maintain a best in class data and systems architecture.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive project efficiencies in data quality, CRM, regional alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business or Communications, preferred

• 5+ years o

  f experience with Data Structures, Marketing Technology, CRM or other business systems
• Excellent understanding of lead to order process.
• Excellent communicator and team player
• Superb attention to detail and quality, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Good understanding of the sales funnel and movement of leads through a sales process
• Systematic approach to problem solving
• Good understanding of analytics and reporting
• Awareness of current marketing trends and technologies
• Comfortable using Agile methodology to deliver on work
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders to drive results
