Join us as a Business Support Analyst

In this influential role, youll be supporting the delivery of people related and operational processes, systems and logistics
Youll be supporting the insight and analysis of key people related metrics to make sure appropriate actions are taken

What you'll do

As a Business Support Analyst, youll be supporting people policies and procedures, including resourcing, pay and reward, talent management, learning and development, performance management and the appraisal process.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating people plan activities to maximise colleague engagement and effectiveness
Communicating and liaising with all management regarding mandatory and regulatory change
Providing support to senior management with ad-hoc tasks and projects deemed business priority
Identifying quality improvements to the business
Developing and fostering working relationships with the senior management team, as well as internal and external audit bodies

The skills you'll need

Were looking for an experienced analyst with a heightened awareness of and exposure to operational risk management in a fast paced environment. Youll need an understanding and experience of collections and recoveries management, practices and policies, along with an understanding of consumer credit history and external regulation.

Additionally, youll need:

Highly refined technical capabilities, with good technical knowledge of relevant systems
The ability to analyse complex processes and identify material risk issues in order to simplify and create risk management solutions
Good influencing, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, and tailor the communication style to suit your audience
Experience in a leadership environment, with the ability to inspire, coach and motivate others
The ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage your own workload, taking account of conflicting demands
