Job Description

As a Business Support Senior Associate at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers via chat/email. Your multitasking abilities will be put to the test as you navigate computers and documentation while swiftly addressing customer queries and concerns. Your attention to detail, motivation, and excellent people skills will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service standards. Key Responsibilities: - Providing front-line customer service via chat/email, addressing queries, concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally. - Processing and logging incoming chats/emails into the CRM system accurately. - Identifying customer needs, escalating inquiries to relevant departments, and proactively addressing service issues. - Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the insurance industry, products, services, and team processes. - Coordinating training and mentoring activities for new team members and maintaining confidentiality of information. - Reaching out to various stakeholders for further inquiries and collaborating with management to address concerns effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in voice/chat support with regularly scheduled shifts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in using computer applications, navigating screens, and learning new software tools. - Experience in roles requiring attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability. - Effective communication skills in a professional/office setting. - Typing speed of 35 words per minute. - Willingness to work complete night shifts and ability to sit for extended periods. - Graduation with English as a compulsory subject. - Proficiency in MS Office suites and leading CRM tools like Salesforce. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience in roles requiring communication skills. - Availability to work Monday-Saturday (6.00 PM to 4.00 AM IST) with flexibility for overtime as per business requirements.
