Job description As an Business Strategy Associate, you would be supporting the Coach for the ongoing client projects with the objective of Client’s Business Growth. 1. Helping the Coach conduct AddZ Business Coaching Mandate Program with the clients. 2. Take responsibility for the Client’s Growth along with the Coach. 3. Organizing reviews meetings on a regular basis with the clients. 4. Make sure all the notes related to meeting are available before the meeting. 5. Create and update MOM’s and Agenda of meetings with client. 6. Make sure what is commented in the meetings is accomplished by the SPOC and the Client’s Core Team. 7. Making and sending Weekly Reports to all the stakeholders. 8. Assist the Coach with the research work whenever required. Requirements- 1. Graduation in BBA/BMS/HR/Psychology or any relevant field. 2. Candidates with 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field would be preferred. 3. Candidate should be keen for learning new concepts and exploring new tools. 4. Candidate should have a decent understand of Business and a flair of helping others achieve Goals. 5. Confidence in handling clients would be an added advantage, with fluency in written and spoken English. Location: Malad, Mumbai Job Type: Full Time CTC: 2 to 3 lacs pa depending upon experience and skill set.
