Job Description

We are looking for a confident and skilled Business & Sports Strategist to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen and passion for sports. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive organizational growth while also contributing to the planning and execution of sports-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative business strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Leverage knowledge and interest in sports to contribute to sports-specific strategies, events, and business opportunities.
• Identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to achieve both business and sports objectives.
• Travel extensively across Kerala for client meetings, market studies, sports events, and business development activities.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills (English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus).
• Genuine interest in and good knowledge of sports is essential.
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
