Business Sr Lead - Risk Wealth Management

As a Wealth Risk Senior Analyst at Citigroup, your role will focus on Wealth Risk Management from an Oversight Technology and Process perspective. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be crucial for negotiating internally, especially at a senior level. Your developed communication and diplomacy skills will guide, influence, and convince others, including colleagues in different areas and occasional external customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Excellent organizational skills and governance skills - Robust Project Management Skills to report to senior management and assemble materials for executives - Business Analyst skills to lead workstreams independently - Providing credible challenge and oversight on Wealth strategic initiatives - General management skills, leadership abilities, and administrative experience to manage various activities for a global organization - Building ties with other business teams - Reviewing Risk Management Framework and policies to provide credible challenge - Summarizing data across the business for critical information to the executive team - Partnering with decision management groups to analyze data and develop recommendations on strategic initiatives - Communication skills to present at various levels, from c-suite to peers - Assessing risk when making business decisions while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations Qualifications required for this role: - Citi Wealth / Wholesale Risk management experience (preferred) - Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills - 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / PM from a business or Risk perspective In this role, you will be a direct report to the Global Head of Oversight Technology and Process Risk, working closely with senior Decision Management leadership.
