As a PLM Strategy roadmap implementation expert, your role will involve supporting the implementation of HVPLM and Global Creo deployment configuration management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Configuring and implementing Global Creo deployment, including: - MAP Keys - Model Check - Third Party Creo tools integration (CADENAS/Granta MI) - Managing CAD Modelling artifacts like standard drawing frames, annotations, start parts, and Drawing config files - Defining client application installation packaging - Introducing design and business process productivity improvement tools - Administering local HVPLM business activities - Supporting end users in PLM/Creo and other design tools - Assisting in migration and loading activities for Legacy Data Maintenance in PLM - Developing customizations for process improvement in HVPLM - Aligning and implementing business processes within HVPLM - Managing Windchill Test Case Management and Functional/Performance Benchmarks tests - Standardizing Global Support Processes - Providing Windchill trainings and authoring documents - Implementing standardization of local practices in PGHV - Coordinating with Business Administrators for testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Global PLM System - Applying mechanical design engineering practices and Change management principles - Developing strategic direction plans in data management of standard/catalog parts - Implementing strategic direction and plans in Material data management Additionally, you will be expected to: - Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for colleagues - Provide consulting services to business operations and customers - Represent your group/team at various forums - Act as a local leader for troubleshooting for HVPLM users - Gain knowledge on various Global Standard, Vendor parts and Materials management processes Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters/bachelors in mechanical engineering PLM/CAD/CAM domain - Good knowledge of PTC's Creo and Windchill - Basic understanding of AutoCAD and other CAD authoring tools - 8-10 years of practical experience in CAD based engineering or Standard/Vendor parts and Material management - Experience in Materials Management using enterprise solutions like Granta MI - Preferred experience in Windchill/Standard/Catalog parts and Material management - Performance-oriented, team player with good communication skills - Pro-active, ownership-driven, and enthusiastic personality - Ability to work in a global environment and meet deadlines - Quick learner and active listener If you are a qualified individual with a disability requiring accessibility assistance during the job application process, you may request reasonable accommodations by completing a general inquiry form on the Hitachi Energy website.
