Business Process Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Operation Officer (COO), you will play a key role within the Operation Team as the Business Process Manager (BPM). Your primary responsibility will be to define, review, analyze, and optimize operational processes and procedures to ensure the highest productivity and service level for terminal users while also optimizing operation cost management. You will collaborate closely with senior managers of the Operation Team and the operation departments of customers to facilitate smooth communication and achieve operational excellence. Providing leadership and guidance to the COO on operational matters that impact the company's performance and service level will be a crucial aspect of your role.
