Job Description: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, strategic plans and other documents. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions. Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal departments, external clients, and partners. Collect, analyse and interpret data from various departments to support decision making. Assist in data reviews and highlight trends, issues and opportunities. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Plan and organize events, board meetings, and executive off-sites as needed. Support in project management and ensure that deadlines are met. Follow up on projects, ensuring updates are provided to the MD/CEO regularly. Show more Show less
