Business Performance and Data Analyst Manager

As an integral part of the profine India team, your role involves a variety of tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, presentations, strategic plans, and other important documents. - Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, including taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are carried out effectively. - Acting as a liaison between the Managing Director/CEO and internal departments, external clients, and partners. - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various departments to provide valuable insights that support decision-making processes. - Assisting in data reviews to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion to maintain the integrity of the organization. - Planning and organizing events, board meetings, and executive off-sites as required to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - Supporting project management activities to ensure that deadlines are met and projects are executed successfully. - Following up on projects and providing regular updates to the Managing Director/CEO to keep them informed of progress.
