Business Operations Lead

Role Overview: Publicis Production is seeking a Client Lead to play a pivotal role in managing the global production mandate for a multinational FMCG brands portfolio, specifically focusing on Snacking and Petcare products. In this hands-on leadership position, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, fostering client partnerships, overseeing project quality, and managing commercial aspects to drive efficiency and creativity across different markets. Key Responsibilities: - Operational Leadership: - Lead the day-to-day operations for a specific category within the Snacking & Petcare account across multiple markets. - Implement agile workflows and tools through the Agentic AI platform to ensure consistency and flexibility. - Collaborate with regional hub leads to align resources and optimize delivery processes. - Mentor and develop account teams to promote clarity, collaboration, and professional growth. - Client Partnership: - Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at global and regional levels. - Translate client requirements into operational solutions that balance creativity, speed, and efficiency. - Manage expectations related to scope, timelines, and deliverables while addressing challenges confidently. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance client value. - Project & Quality Oversight: - Supervise production delivery across various markets and channels to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output. - Act as a brand guardian by upholding quality control standards across all assets. - Coordinate with creative, digital, film, and print teams for seamless handoffs and outputs. - Commercial Management: - Ensure account profitability by monitoring cost estimates and budget adherence as per client agreements. - Contribute to financial forecasting, reporting, and business reviews. - Explore new opportunities to expand services and enhance partnership value. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should bring: - 12+ years of experience in production, operations, or client leadership within a global agency or production setting. - Demonstrated success in managing multi-market delivery models and handling large-scale accounts effectively. - Proficiency in digital, film, and content production workflows. - Strong communication, collaboration, and problems-solving skills in dynamic environments. - Sound financial acumen with expertise in budget management and profitability. - Experience with AI-enabled production systems or marketing technology platforms would be advantageous.,
