BUSINESS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

As a Business Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Founders across various ventures in sports, real estate, and art. Your primary responsibilities will include managing operational tasks, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the smooth execution of business activities. This role demands a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A background in sales and marketing of premium products and services, such as luxury real estate, art, lifestyle, or related industries, will be advantageous. Your key responsibilities will involve drafting, managing, and reviewing business documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. You will coordinate with external agencies for effective campaign and project execution, oversee team deliverables, maintain client relationships, track project progress, and support business development initiatives. Additionally, you will manage travel schedules, logistics, and event coordination for the Founder, necessitating travel across India for business purposes. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred) and possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business operations, coordination, or client-facing roles. Previous experience in sales and marketing of premium or luxury products/services, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace, excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and high integrity are essential requirements.
