Networking & Lead Generation Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and expand Whitefield Careers’ professional network on LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographies.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
• Engage with decision-makers to introduce Whitefield Careers’ services.
• Support in nurturing prospects and converting them into potential leads.
• Collaborate with the business development team to align networking efforts with sales goals.
• Maintain a record of outreach activities and prepare weekly progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation (preferred fields: Business, Marketing, HR, or related).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
• Ability to engage professionally with potential clients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in HR consulting and business development.
