We’re looking for a Business & Marketing Operations Associate to join our team — someone who can help us grow our internal marketing, streamline operations, and drive business development efforts.

What You’ll Do

• Manage internal marketing & social media for the studio

• Support business development through research, outreach, and proposals

• Coordinate email marketing campaigns & lead tracking

• Assist with operations: creating systems, documentation, and supporting hiring

• Collaborate across teams to keep processes smooth and efficient

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or operations (agency/creative industry preferred)

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive multitasker

• Interest in branding, design, and consumer product industries

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
