Job Description

Role Summary

This role will manage business operations, growth, and operations in the Sports Medicine product line in the Bangalore / Hyderabad region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business strategy for sports medicine product portfolio in region
Drive sales, marketing, and promotion of sports medicine devices and solutions
Manage distributors, partners, clinics, orthopedic and sports hospitals
Provide technical guidance and clinical support where necessary
Monitor P&L, margins, and growth
Initiate collaborations with sports institutions, physiotherapy centers, and medical bodies
Organize workshops, training, and demonstration events

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelors / Masters in life sciences / biomedical / business / PPE
5+ years experience in medical device / sports medicine / orthopedic / rehabilitation device domain
Strong network in sports / orthopedics / physiotherapy segment
Excellent marketing, sales & technical skills

KPIs / Success Metrics

Sales and margin growth in sports medicine portfolio
Market share / coverage in target region
Partnerships / institutional tie-ups
Customer satisfaction, adoption

Reporting & Stakeholders

Reports to Head of Sports Medicine Division
Stakeholders: sales team, clinicians, marketing, product, operations
