Role - Business Manager / Business Executives

Right4Paws is inviting applications from ambitious and high energy individuals for the role of Business Managers to drive the frontline sales.

• Meet and Onboard Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors.
• Secure periodic orders from Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and meet sales targets.
• Manage new sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings and provide response and guidance to queries and observations.
• Undertake on -ground activities for brand development and sales promotion.
• Coordinate with Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors vet and avoid any discontinuation.
• Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.
• Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines to secure the orders.
• Follow company processes and procedures.
• Submit daily/weekly reports.
• Address issues of Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and report the same to company.
• Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and give them the best possible service.
• Analyze on ground trends and study competition and report the same to company.
