Role - Business Manager / Business Executives Right4Paws is inviting applications from ambitious and high energy individuals for the role of Business Managers to drive the frontline sales. Job Description Meet and Onboard Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors. Secure periodic orders from Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and meet sales targets. Manage new sales opportunities through face-to-face meetings and provide response and guidance to queries and observations. Undertake on -ground activities for brand development and sales promotion. Coordinate with Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors vet and avoid any discontinuation. Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services. Administer all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines to secure the orders. Follow company processes and procedures. Submit daily/weekly reports. Address issues of Retailers / Veterinarians and Distributors and report the same to company. Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and give them the best possible service. Analyze on ground trends and study competition and report the same to company.
