Key Deliverables:

Drive marketplace growth of assigned category, keeping consumer and competition in mind
Own the P&L statement for the relevant categories and align with business goals
Manage revenue targets and gross margins for assigned categories
Foster and manage relationships with brands as the face of Meesho

Role Responsibilities:

Lead merchandising, assortment planning, and option planning for pre-season and in-season
Identify market trends and fill in category gaps
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, cataloging, finance, and commercial functions
Drive visibility and promotion plans, ensuring seamless coordination across teams
