Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Manager-Interior Sales. The role involves overseeing the sales process in interior design and property-related services, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing client interactions, driving business growth, conducting market analysis, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Business Management and Analytical Skills to drive sales strategies and make data-driven decisions
• Proven Customer Service and Sales skills to engage clients and manage relationships effectively
• Excellent Communication abilities to clearly convey ideas, negotiate, and collaborate with clients and team members
• Familiarity with the interior design or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment
