Business Intelligence Executive

As a diligent professional in this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients" existing Sales, HR, and Operations processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and performance gaps. You will utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate current practices in comparison to industry standards and best practices. Your tasks will involve gathering and analyzing relevant data from various sources within the client's organization. Applying financial analysis techniques will be crucial as you assess the impact of identified gaps on the overall performance of the organization. Subsequently, you will be tasked with developing comprehensive reports that not only outline these identified gaps but also provide detailed analysis and offer strategic recommendations. It is essential that these reports are clear, concise, and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Moreover, your responsibilities will include preparing and delivering presentations to clients, effectively communicating findings and recommendations in a clear and articulate manner.
