Business Intelligence Analyst

To oversee and coordinate data-driven projects across the organization, acting as a bridge between analysts, engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership. This hybrid role ensures that data initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives Key Tech stack SQL Python / R Power BI / Tableau / Looker Azure Data Factory Agile / Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, SQL Server) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end data projects, from planning to execution and delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, goals, and deliverables Coordinate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of tasks Oversee data quality, governance, and documentation efforts across the team Develop and manage project timelines and resource allocations Act as a point of contact for status updates, blockers, and stakeholder communication Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Drive continuous improvement in team processes, tools, and workflows Monitor project performance using KPIs and analytics
