Business Intelligence Analyst

Drive data-led decision making at Modern India Limited by leading BI dashboards, reporting, and analytics initiatives. Work with senior leadership to transform business data into actionable insights across multiple industries.

Experience Required:

7 12 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end BI function: dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics.

Collaborate with senior management across Real Estate, Textiles, Global Trade, and Hospitality to define data needs and build decision-support models.

Design, implement, and optimize scalable BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BO).

Ensure data integrity, governance, and automation across reporting systems.

Translate business challenges into data-driven strategies and present insights to leadership.

Mentor junior analysts and establish BI best practices across the group.

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.

Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP BO) and SQL.

Experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud BI platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Knowledge of predictive analytics and visualization best practices.

Strong business acumen to connect insights with measurable outcomes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
