Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with 23 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop insightful dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges

Identify and define KPIs aligned with client goals

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Analyze data to provide actionable insights and performance metrics

Manage and interpret large datasets with a solid understanding of database systems

Conduct regular meetings with clients to present reports and gather feedback

Support data-driven decision-making by identifying trends, issues, and opportunities

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting

Required Skills:

2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI

Strong understanding of SQL and/or PostgreSQL

Knowledge of database management and relational database concepts

Experience in client communication and maintaining long-term client relationships

Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Experience working with clients in the construction or AEC industry will be an added advantage
