Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 and L3 support for BI applications.
• Certificate management.
• Configuration management and monitoring.

Required Skills and Experience:

• With at least a B. Tech or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of overall experience in a similar role within a global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year in Business Intelligence.
• Administration and configuration for BI tools (PowerBI and Tableau), including user access, security, and performance tuning.
• Track record of operational support, Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL.
• Experience with Power BI Gateways and Tableau Bridge.
• Familiar with SSO and SSL protocols and implementation.
• Familiar with programming languages like SQL, TSM, Python for scripting and task automation.
• Monitoring / logging systems to track system performance, data loads, user activity and log interpretation.
• Backup and recovery procedures to ensure data continuity in case of system failures or disasters.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience:

• Write scripts and automate routine tasks, such as data loading, report generation, and system maintenance; Data integration platforms like MuleSoft, BO Data Services to facilitate data movement between systems; Data security standard practices, including encryption, access control, and compliance with data protection regulations (e. g. , GDPR).
• Optional certifications: Microsoft! Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate; Microsoft! Certified Data Analyst Associate; AWS Certified Data Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau Content Manager, MS SQL Server, Azure, AWS & Databricks
