You will be joining Chalk Studio, a boutique interior design and architecture firm known for its minimal yet expressive design language. As the Business Head, you will play a crucial role in driving the studio's growth trajectory by integrating market intelligence, operational efficiency, client strategy, and revenue acceleration. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-depth interactions with industry professionals to understand evolving industry dynamics and analyzing competitor studio models to identify whitespace and opportunity areas. - Developing scalable growth strategies, driving high-potential partnerships, creating revenue targets, and building systems to improve lead qualification and client lifecycle value. - Auditing and refining studio workflows, creating SOPs for various processes, establishing clear accountability structures, and introducing performance dashboards. - Working closely with founders and department heads to drive cross-functional synergy, mentoring team members, and creating frameworks for upskilling. - Developing and managing high-value client relationships, representing Chalk Studio at key forums, and collaborating with marketing for brand positioning. To excel in this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in architecture, interiors, or creative business leadership, be deeply networked in the A&D community, and possess analytical and commercial acumen. You should also be an excellent communicator with a collaborative leadership style.
