Role Overview: As a Business Head - Medical Textiles, you will be responsible for leading and managing the marketing and procurement functions for the Healthcare vertical. Your role will involve developing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations in the medical textiles industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to expand the medical textiles business. - Identify new market segments, customer needs, and growth opportunities. - Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and enhance market share. - Start online vertical in Medical Textiles and increase B2C Sales. - Initiate Social Media Marketing and SEOs for more visibility. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders. - Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, equipment, and services related to medical textiles. - Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. - Find opportunities in manufacturing and exporting medical textiles to various countries. - Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors and suppliers. - Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. - Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing and procurement strategies with organizational goals. - Collaborate with internal teams to drive product innovation and improve cost efficiency. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members for high performance. Qualification Required: - Candidates only from the Medical Textiles Background need to apply. - Masters degree with specialization in Marketing / Supply Chain Management. - Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in the medical textiles industry. - Proven experience in building the Medical Textile business and demonstrating consistent growth. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities. - Expertise in medical textile products, standards, and regulations. - Proficiency in procurement processes, supplier management, and cost control. - Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results. - High levels of commitment are expected from candidates.
