Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Head / Senior BDM with strong relationships in the legal ecosystem — Law Firms, Corporate Legal Teams, GCs, and Legal Counsels.

This role is meant for someone who can own revenue, drive POCs, and build strategic partnerships with top legal customers.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Revenue & Sales

• Own the complete sales cycle — outreach → demo → PoC → closure

• Achieve quarterly & annual revenue targets

• Lead high-value enterprise deals (₹50L+ ARR deals) with Law Firms & Corporates

🔹 Market Expansion

• Build & expand relationships with Partners, Managing Partners, GC-level executives

• Secure enterprise pilots and multi-location adoption

• Identify new market opportunities in legal tech and allied sectors

🔹 Strategic Leadership

• Work directly with the CEO on GTM strategy

• Lead early Sales & Partnerships team

• Provide product intelligence to improve market fit

🔹 Brand & Partnerships

• Represent Aasvaa at legal conferences, CXO events, and industry forums

• Build channel partner alliances (legal associations, Bar councils, tech partners)

Candidate Profile

✔ Strong sales background — min 5years in B2B Enterprise SaaS / Legal Services

✔ Established network with Tier-1 & Tier-2 Law Firms / Corporate Legal Heads

✔ Sharp business acumen — able to map complex needs into actionable solutions

✔ High credibility in stakeholder conversations (CXO/Partner level)

✔ Self-driven mindset with hunger for rapid growth & ownership

✔ Experience in scaling new tech products is a strong plus
