Business Head in Enterprise Vertical

Business Head

• Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Vertical.
• Age should be within 45 years.
• Location anywhere in India, but have to relocate to Kolkata.
• Should have very strong customer backup in the Govt sector
• Should have team handling experience along with team and self-target achievement capacity.

Responsibilities

• Responsible

  for BU P&L including revenue growth and business development.

• Responsible

  for validating all cost sheets across all branches and ensuring that negative variance of Gross Profit is not more than 5%.

• Responsible

  for Customer relationship management.

• Responsible

  for identifying and acquiring profitable new business opportunities / customers.

• Responsible

  for Operational excellence, technology, and team mentoring.

• Responsible

  for Value creation (including value-based pricing) and Continual cost improvement (such as Productivity).

• Responsible

  for Sales Planning and Budgeting.

• Responsible

  for Demand Management including in-time delivery and collection.

• Responsible

  for Capacity Planning, recruitment and skill mapping including people development.

• Responsible

  for Periodic reporting and effective communication.

• Responsible

  for All Compliances - Customer related, workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes and systems.

• Responsible

  for transformation and Change Management.

Ensure that compliance is as per Organization and/or Customer requirement and as per timeline defined by customer.

Support to Branches:

To ensure support to branches to help them achieve their Sales Target and provide all support/training.

Visit to branches and their customers/prospects as per pre-defined travel plan/calendar to achieve and support branch- sales target.

To ensure effective vertical operation across all branches ensuring all legal and statutory compliances.

To ensure Vertical profitability as per defined Target.

Communication & Processes:

• Active participation in timely manner in all Review meetings as per schedule and timeline and predefined format.
• Joint review with Branch heads as per pre-defined schedule and timeline.
• Management Briefing in timely manner on various aspects as per strategy, Sales planning & Operational aspects, etc.
• Ensure effective cross-functional communication & support in all aspects.
• Adhering 100% to Organization Policy and Processes.
• Ensure that the Team be an active participant in the Organizations transformation including adaptability of SAP

Experience & Educational Requirements

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or related field
• Masters Degree / MBA in related field

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

• 15+ years in a leadership position that involved managing a Business Unit in a medium size organization
