* Excellent communication and decision-making skills
* Develop and execute business strategies for the FMCG division to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
* Oversee brand positioning, portfolio expansion, and innovation aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
* Strengthen traditional and modern trade channels; build distributor networks and drive retail expansion.
* Lead ATL/BTL and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
* Monitor budgets to ensure cost efficiency and achieve P&L objectives.
* Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations
* Track and analyze competitor strategies (Reckitt Benckiser, Hindustan Unilever Ltd., SC Johnson, Jyothy Labs, RSPL Group) to identify trends and growth opportunities
