BUSINESS HEAD

As an experienced Business Head, your role will involve leading strategic sales efforts and expanding reach within NBFCs, Fintechs, and the Banking Correspondent (BC) network. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth and forge partnerships, aligning with the mission of expanding digital financial access. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and implement business strategies targeting NBFCs, Fintechs, and BC networks. - Cultivate partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive product adoption. - Identify growth opportunities and manage end-to-end sales processes to boost revenue. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop tech-forward, customer-centric solutions. - Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor actions to maintain market relevance. Qualifications: - 10+ years in software sales, preferably with NBFCs, Fintechs, or BC networks. - Understanding of tech product sales and the financial services ecosystem. - Proven experience in business development within a target-driven environment. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Strategic, adaptable, and driven to work in a fast-paced, startup culture.
