Key Accountabilities

Our Client is building a multi-brand e-commerce ecosystem across astrology, gemstones, remedies, puja samagri, and spiritual lifestyle products through Astrology Consulting, Gems, and Pooja products and services.We are seeking a senior leader (1015 years of experience) to scale our D2C and marketplace presence, own the P&L, and position the brands as trusted category leaders in spiritual lifestyle e-commerce.This role requires a balance of growth strategy, operational excellence, and customer trust-building, while leading cross-functional teams to deliver profitable and scalable growth.

D2C & Marketplace Growth

  • Own website and app performance, optimizing for conversion, retention, and repeat sales.
  • Scale marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) to ensure profitable growth and category dominance in spiritual products, gemstones, and puja kits.
  • Expand presence in quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) for high-frequency puja essentials and ritual products.

Marketing & Revenue Generation

  • Lead performance marketing, SEO/ASO, influencer campaigns, and brand storytelling rooted in astrology and spirituality.
  • Own campaign execution & product launches, ensuring measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Drive new revenue streams: gemstone certifications, spiritual subscriptions, curated puja bundles, and gifting collaborations.

Operations & Customer Experience

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and vendor partnerships with focus on authenticity and trust.
  • Optimize order fulfillment, returns, and RTO metrics for operational efficiency.
  • Deliver a seamless customer journey across touchpoints, driving loyalty and repeat purchases.

Product & Category Management

  • Launch and manage new SKUs, product lines, and curated collections aligned with customer trends and festivals (Diwali, Navratri, Akshaya Tritiya, Shravan).
  • Track category margins, inventory, and product performance to maximize profitability.

Leadership & Culture

  • Build and mentor a cross-functional e-commerce team (marketing, operations, product, analytics).
  • Foster a culture of ownership, agility, speed, and data-driven decision making.

Key Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience (1015 years) in scaling D2C and e-commerce businesses within lifestyle, jewelry, wellness, or spiritual domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and grow P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Proven expertise in online marketplace growth (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and expansion into quick commerce ecosystems (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart).
  • Strong capability in digital growth levers performance marketing, ASO/SEO, social commerce, and influencer-led campaigns.
  • Track record in launching new categories, SKUs, and festive collections, aligned with consumer and spiritual lifestyle trends.
  • Robust understanding of supply chain, logistics, and vendor ecosystems, with a focus on efficiency and authenticity.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including KPI tracking, funnel optimization, and consumer insights.
  • Inspirational people leader with the ability to nurture high-performing, agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven P&L ownership and scale-up success in high-growth consumer brands.
  • Experience: 1015 years in e-commerce/D2C leadership (lifestyle, jewelry, wellness, or premium spiritual brands preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of marketplace operations, sourcing, vendor management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Track record of scaling Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Quick Commerce platforms profitably.
  • Strong commercial instincts with execution discipline and strategic growth frameworks.
  • Hands-on leader with first-principle thinking, data-driven mindset, and ability to build high-performing teams.
