Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Business Head in Cosmetic Ingredients. The role involves strategizing and managing business development activities, identifying potential clients and markets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Head will oversee sourcing and supply chain management, ensure product quality, and manage collaborations with internal teams. Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring sales performances, leading a team, and driving growth in alignment with the company’s mission. The ideal candidate will also stay updated on market trends and innovations in the cosmetics industry.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in the cosmetics or personal care industry is highly advantageous
