Role Overview: You are a strategic Business Head with over 10 years of experience in advertising, focusing 70% on Business Development and 30% on Client Servicing at Brandmovers. Your primary goal is to lead growth by acquiring new business and managing relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue, mentoring teams, and establishing a strong commercial foundation for the agency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new revenue streams. - Lead pitches, negotiations, and closures for large-scale brand mandates. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with CXO-level prospects and current clients. - Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure excellent delivery. - Identify growth opportunities in digital, content, and integrated campaigns. - Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, and Operations teams to deliver impactful work. - Monitor P&L, revenue forecasts, and commercial metrics. - Mentor Account Management teams and foster a strong business development culture within the agency. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or integrated agencies. - Demonstrated success in winning business and managing large accounts. - Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and storytelling. - Strong understanding of brand strategies, digital trends, and campaign frameworks. - Leadership skills with the ability to lead teams and cultivate a positive culture. - High levels of ownership, resilience, and a focus on revenue generation.
