As a Hunter in the Business Development team, your primary focus will be to tap into new markets, seek fresh opportunities, and bring in new business for Yellow Seed. If youre a go-getter who thrives on chasing leads, converting prospects, and loves the thrill of a signed deal this is your turf. Your Key Responsibilities Will Comprise: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with brands, digital agencies, and marketing teams. Proactively build a pipeline of prospects through networking, research, and outreach. Set up discovery calls, pitch Yellow Seed s expertise and creative offerings, and close deals. Strategically define and prioritize high-potential target accounts. Participate in industry forums and communities to build awareness and generate leads. Work closely with strategy and content teams to pitch customized proposals. Maintain sales trackers, lead logs, and performance metrics. You re Right For This Role If You: Have 1-2 years of experience in sales within digital, media, or advertising agencies. Are high on initiative, persuasive, and enjoy opening doors. Have strong communication and negotiation skills. Are self-motivated, resilient, and performance-driven. Understand content marketing, social media, creator economy and digital trends. Phew!
