Role & responsibilities

Oversee the
annual budgeting
,
forecasting
, and
long-range financial planning
processes.
Develop and maintain
complex financial models
to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Analyze financial data to identify
trends, risks, and growth opportunities
.
Lead
monthly financial reporting
, including
variance analysis
and preparation of
management reports
.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with organizational goals.
Drive
post-merger integration
of financial reports and ensure alignment of accounting practices.
Continuously improve
financial processes
, systems, and reporting capabilities for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant
with 45 years of post-qualification experience.
Proven exposure to
mergers & acquisitions
, specifically in
post-merger integration
.
Strong background in
financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
.
Advanced
financial modeling
and analytical skills.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and financial systems such as
Oracle Fusion
.
Deep understanding of
accounting principles

financial statements

management reporting
.
Excellent
communication, presentation

interpersonal skills
.
