Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Executive cum Technical Support professional to join our Ahmedabad office. This role combines technical expertise, customer communication, and business understanding, involving remote software installation, client onboarding, ongoing user support, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle installation and configuration of POS software for new customers (remotely).
• Provide technical and operational support to clients via call, email, or remote sessions.
• Conduct online training and guide customers in daily software usage.
• Manage customer follow-ups, renewals, and relationship maintenance.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams for smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, support tickets, and client feedback.
• Work with management to identify business opportunities and suggest product improvements.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and software troubleshooting.
• Prior hands-on experience with remote support and training
• Ability to handle escalations and mentor junior support staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office and remote access tools.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Most importantly, confidence and proficiency in English
