About the Job We are hiring for the position of AdSales at WTA Inc. , with openings available for remote work or select regional hubs. What We Want: We seek a dynamic candidate well-connected with direct advertisers and media agencies. The ideal individual will excel at managing client relationships from campaign inception to completion, developing consistent strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets. Who We Are: WTA Inc. is an AdTech and Media Buying Company specialising in growth and affiliate marketing. We partner with top publishers and leverage DSP integrations to power performance-driven campaigns. Our expertise lies in delivering measurable results. What You Will Do: Drive growth by onboarding direct brands in target markets and cultivating long-term relationships with advertisers. Build sustainable client partnerships to ensure continuous campaigns and recurring revenue. Create compelling sales collaterals, business proposals, and media plans. Stay informed about industry trends and integrate them into sales strategies. Independently maintain client relationships, monitor campaigns daily, and suggest improvements for better performance. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and communicate effectively with the operations team. Promote new platforms and publishers, driving concept selling to increase media budgets. Exhibit adaptability to tailor pitches for diverse advertisers. Maintain high service standards and provide timely campaign updates. Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field. 3 to 10 years of experience in digital ad sales. Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to create business models for new publishers. Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and problem areas from campaign data. Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) are non-negotiable. Well-connected in the local digital advertising ecosystem, especially with advertisers, brands, and agencies. In-depth understanding of mobile and web applications for advertising. High levels of discipline, responsibility, and market acumen. A motivated achiever is eager to capture and dominate market opportunities.
