Role Overview: As a Lead Generation & IT Sales at Pattem Digital Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to monthly closures in a fast-paced tech environment. You are expected to have proven expertise in CRM tools and a strong background in IT sales. Your international exposure, quantifiable sales metrics, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize LG tools for real-time lead generation across global markets - Conduct daily cold calls and email outreach campaigns with personalized messaging - Track and improve response rates and engagement metrics - Identify and qualify prospects aligned with target industries - Maintain and update CRM systems with lead status and follow-ups - Engage with prospects across multiple Regions Skills & Competency Assessment: You should be able to deliver compelling presentations and product pitches to decision-makers. Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills across channels is crucial. Conducting in-depth account research to identify decision-makers and client pain points, as well as tracking interactions and progress using CRM tools, are also part of the role.
