Key Responsibilities:

• Listen carefully to understand client concerns

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of IT (e.g., hosting, apps, software, cloud, security, analytics)
• Stay updated on tech trends and innovations
• Quickly grasp and adapt to new technologies
• Keep accurate records in CRM
• Be driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Manage time and tasks efficiently
• Stay flexible under pressure and changing needs
• Stay positive and focused on long-term relationships
