Job Description

You are a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for driving sales and growing travel services. Your passion for travel, strong communication skills, and ability to build long-term relationships with clients will be key in this role. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. - Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and direct customers. - Sell holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and travel insurance. - Prepare and deliver customized travel proposals and quotations to clients. - Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into successful bookings. - Negotiate deals with vendors and partners for better pricing and service offerings. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Represent the company in travel exhibitions, corporate meetings, and networking events. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings in CRM tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field. - 3 years of experience in travel sales or business development. - Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa processes, and travel trends. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated and target-oriented. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. The company prefers candidates with experience in B2B travel sales or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). Immediate joiners with prior experience in the travel industry and excellent communication skills are highly preferred. Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
