About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Trainer to train job seekers and professionals in the art and science of identifying new market opportunities, building relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver interactive training on B2B prospecting, client engagement, sales funnels, and strategic partnerships.
• Teach business tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and email outreach platforms.
• Mentor learners in setting KPIs, lead conversion metrics, and proposal development.
• Create case studies from real-world B2B scenarios for role-based learning.
• Track learner outcomes and provide performance feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of business development experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or services).
• Experience in adult training, corporate education, or coaching.
• Strong grip on strategic sales planning and client acquisition.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Confidence using online learning platforms and tools.
