Business Development Trainee

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Trainee, you will support the sales and marketing team in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of business development in the tech industry and grow into a key player in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Generate leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, events, etc.)
• Assist in creating business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand service offerings
• Participate in client calls and presentations with senior business development executives
• Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (final-year students may also apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of IT services and solutions (preferred, not mandatory)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho – a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Up to ₹8,000.00 per month
