Business Development Support Executive

📍 Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Onsite Only)

We are looking for a motivated, digitally fluent professional to join our backend support team in Trivandrum. You’ll play a key role in supporting business development operations for a growing international technology solutions group working across the Middle East.

This role focuses on engaging warm leads, supporting conversion activities, and coordinating with our regional sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with warm leads via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and emails
• Support conversion efforts through timely follow-ups and coordination
• Work closely with regional sales & technical teams for closures
• Maintain lead status reports and CRM updates
• Share insights and performance reports weekly

Who Can Apply

• 6 months – 2 years’ experience in tele-sales / customer engagement / business coordination
• Strong communication in English (proficiency in Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn)
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
