You will be joining a dynamic team at Kolo, a B2C hyperlocal marketplace focused on transforming how Indians build and design homes. As a Business Development professional, your main role will be to strengthen the network of professionals such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors by establishing trust, understanding their needs, and bringing them on board the Kolo platform. Key Responsibilities: - Travel within the city/assigned territory to have face-to-face meetings with professionals. - Develop strong and meaningful relationships with service providers to build trust and engagement with the Kolo platform. - Educate professionals on the benefits of Kolo, including how it can help them grow their business through verified homeowner leads and branding. - Assist professionals in completing the onboarding process by gathering necessary data and documents, such as past projects, pricing, and services offered. - Ensure partner profiles on the app are accurately represented by conducting quality checks. - Serve as a bridge between the Kolo operations team and professionals to facilitate smooth communication and resolve any issues. - Gather feedback from the field to contribute to enhancing Kolos offerings and service experience. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or relationship management. - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be willing to travel extensively within the city. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-obsessed individual. - Knowledge or interest in the architecture, interior design, or construction industry is considered a plus.
