As a Business Development professional at Kolo, your role will involve strengthening the network of professionals such as architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. You will play a crucial part in onboarding these professionals onto the Kolo platform by building trust, understanding their business needs, and fostering engagement. Your field-intensive responsibilities will include meeting professionals face-to-face, educating them on the benefits of Kolo, and supporting them through the onboarding process. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between the operations team and professionals to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Travel within the city/assigned territory to meet professionals in person - Establish strong relationships with service providers to build trust and engagement with the Kolo platform - Educate professionals on how Kolo can assist in growing their business through verified homeowner leads and branding - Assist professionals in completing the onboarding process, including gathering necessary data and documents - Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate representation of partner profiles on the app - Gather feedback from the field to enhance Kolos offerings and service experience Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or relationship management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel extensively within the city - Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused - Knowledge or interest in the architecture/interior/construction industry is advantageous By joining Kolo, you will be part of a rapidly growing company that is reshaping how Indians build and design homes.
