Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior leadership in the execution of growth strategies and operational planning across departments.
• Manage and track multiple high-impact projects simultaneouslyensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and manage business reports, presentations, budgets, and strategic documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements to enhance team productivity.
• Analyze data and provide insights to guide decision-making on process optimization and resource allocation.
• Monitor trends in digital, AI, and automation to recommend operational enhancements.
• Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities in alignment with the companys growth goals.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, and case studies for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update the business development pipeline and CRM records.
• Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to prepare for new business pitches and presentations.
• Support in follow-up communication with leads and partners to ensure timely responses.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research to identify strategic positioning opportunities.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts, vendors, and collaborators.
• Proactively creating an outreach system and action to create new client relations and opportunities.
